IBM: Customer Experience at its best
Redefining the challenge to enable even better results: the SUGAR Team of IBM was seeking to get the most of their challenge and enabling the best customer experiences for IBM. All of this was possible due to a strong and open connection within the interdisciplinary team – which is one of the main elements of the Design Thinking process, they relied on (Hasso Plattner Institute, 2020). But how did they even identify that a re-definition was needed and how did they proceed?
